Project Details
This project commenced in June 2008 following a two stage tender negotiation and consists of the demolition of the existing detached house at 38-40 Avenue Road, followed initially by the construction of a two-level basement structure. Following completion of the basement structure two luxury detached residences will be constructed, each providing 21,000ft2 of accommodation over three floors, with state of the art home entertainment and security systems, swimming pool and car lift.
The superstructure works are now nearing completion, with the windows being installed ahead of the central atrium rooflights to both houses. The external scaffold is being struck to align with the completion of the external render and chimney works.
Internally, the first fix M&E works are nearly complete, with walls and ground floor ceilings being closed up ahead of fitting the feature ceilings. The installation of stone and ceramics to the pool halls and wet leisure areas is underway, along with the mosaic tiling to the pool. Installation of the car lifts to both dwellings has commenced.
Externally, we have fitted rooflights to the pools and planted trees to the rear of the gardens, ahead of commencing the other external works.
