This project comprised the construction of a new private dwelling in The Bishops Avenue, an exclusive residential street in North London.

We built this vast 19,000 sq. ft. luxury four-floor mansion following demolition of the existing property whilst retaining one flank of the front evelation.

The property boasts a grand two-storey entrance hall with sweeping staircase of satin nickel balustrade and solid walnut handrail, along with a majestic fibre optic chandelier, leading onto several spacious reception rooms, library, and luxury bespoke kitchen.

The two upper floors comprise a master bedroom suite with seperate 'his and hers' dressing rooms and bathrooms, a further seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, panic room, home cinema, games room and staff quarters.

A swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms and gymnasium, plus catering kitchen and laundry room are located on the lower ground floor which opens onto a beautiful sunken garden with cascading waterfall.

An array of luxury finishes and state of the art technologies have been used in this 21st century home including limestone and marble, polished plaster walls, bespoke joinery elements using walnut, oak and sycamore, air conditioning, underfloor heating, a fully interactive home entertainment and building management system, fully secure panic room with independent air supply and a leather lined lift.

The extensive 1¼ acre grounds have been exquisitely designed with hard and soft landscaping and bespoke sculpture and water features.
