Project Details
This prestigious development was negotiated with our client who required a quick turnaround from the existing tenants moving out to the new retail unit becoming available. Our works comprised the demolition of all façades to the ground and first floor and creation of a high specification retail façade incorporating stonework and structural glazing. The second and third floors were stripped out in preparation for a forthcoming residential scheme.
