Blenheim House Construction is a general building contractor based in Chertsey, Surrey, undertaking a variety of projects ranging in value from £1 million to £20 million.

Our main area of operation is throughout London and the South of England, although we have successfully completed projects for repeat business clients in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Glasgow.

Turnover for the past three years has averaged £45 million and is comprised of work in a variety of sectors - commercial, retail, education, residential in mixed-use schemes and a number of large, high-value exclusive houses.

Although we have had the opportunity to expand our business considerably over the past few years, we have chosen to keep growth to a manageable, controlled level to ensure every project receives the attention it deserves. The variety of projects we undertake suit the diverse skills of our experienced staff and we maintain a healthy mix of new build, refurbishment and listed building projects.

Over the years we have established a sound base of clients and consultants and the majority of our work is either repeat business or via recommendation. We still continue to secure competitively tendered work, with the majority being secured by either straight negotiation or a two stage process.

A large proportion of our work is design and build. As a consequence, we have built strong relationships with a number of consultants who we have worked with regularly, and we are confident in our ability to provide a professional design and build service if required.

We also continue to undertake traditional contracts and we therefore have the practical experience required to assist in producing a well-considered, economical and quality product under any form of contract. Our technical abilities, experience and overall approach to project management are considered a great asset to any project, and we believe our high level of repeat business reflects this.
